Dec. 24, 2011 we held an internal sales skills PK, in each department cooperation and support, has made a success!
This activity is mainly by the Department Manager (supervisor) as the judges and participants, the game was divided into seven groups, through different appraisal standards to score, finally decide the final rewarded. The game is aim to assess and summarize “the sales skills” training results which is trained by company in recent months.
December 24, 8:30 am, the beginning of a fierce sales skills PK. In the process of game, some groups displayed a telephone sales site; some groups demonstrated the customer visits the scene; some groups of both the above two kinds of field form.
Each participant wonderful performance got the enthusiastic applause. Especially the last group, in their brief dialogue, smart use of sales skills, fully demonstrated a great sales of picture and reflected the words of power, obtained the judges and other race groups frequently praised!
After the game, the judges of each member were wonderful comments, for every player affirmed the advantages of, and also pointed out the shortcomings of each, and gave the suggestion.
